Plan your river crossing before leaving Bettendorf and check current traffic using the directions link below. Classes begin at 5:30 PM Central; aim to arrive at 5:15 PM for your first visit. Street parking is available outside our East Moline location.
Tuesday is Gi training, with loaner gear available for your first class. Wednesday and Thursday are No-Gi; bring athletic clothing without zippers and water. Request your preferred class date and Coach Mike will follow up to confirm.
