Classes run Tuesday through Thursday, 5:30–7 PM Central. Tuesday is Gi; Wednesday and Thursday are No-Gi. Your first class is free, and loaner gear is available for your first Gi class. Request a date and Coach Mike will follow up to confirm your visit.
